Why the Bilby?

In our world many animals need to be rescued before they become endangered. These animals should be saved now rather than later as they will soon die out. One of these is the Australian Bilby.

Bilbies are in the early stages of extinction and are in desperate need of help as they face the many dangers on their journey towards survival. When we have saved this precious species, our experiences may help us to save other species.

These magnificent creatures should be saved so that in the future, our children and their children will also be able to see the wonders of the Earth including all its living creatures. They, then, have some inspiration that will take them to a place that they never thought that they would reach.

We wanted kids all over Australia to learn about the bilby and how important it is to save all endangered species, especially our native fauna and flora.
